Job Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of the financial, accounting, and taxation of seven (7) Property Development subsidiary companies. Oversee all aspects of the financial, accounting, and taxation of seven (7) property development subsidiary companies.  Provide timely and accurate financial reports required by management which include monthly, quarterly, annual report and annual budget forecast.  Financial planning, management and coordination in compliance with the statutory procedural standards.  Cash handling, funds management and sourcing of project financing. Liaison person with bankers and lawyers for banking facilities and land acquisition. Liaison person with auditors, tax agent and other relevant for compliance.  Job Requirements:
Minimum LCCI or Diploma in Accounting Knowledgable in housing development; construction sector Minimum 8 years of related working experience with minimum 5 years in Property Development Industry Good analytical, interpersonal/communication and problem solving skill Able to work independently & lead the account team when carry out assignment
