In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Act in an advisory role to the Management on HR-related issues.?? Manage HR functions effectively and efficiently.? Accountable for managing and ensuring the workplace environment/culture in harmony and fair manner for both Fisher and Valve Automation.? Design, review, and implement company policies and procedures. Review and implement benefit and pay proposals. Develop and coach the HR members in driving their jobs in C & B, Training, Recruitment and Employee Relations/Industrial Relations functions in an ethical and integrity way. Plan and control department budget. Assess and control company-wide workforce, recruitment and training to be in accordance to the budget. Act as an Ethics Officer for the plant. Conduct training for Ethics and other required training as roll out by AP HR. Represent company for any dispute in labor or Industrial Office/ court. Act as a mediator for plant communication session. Provide counseling for required employees. Responsible in making sure that the HR initiatives/business plans are implementing as per planned. For This Role, You Will Need: Minimum 10 years of related working experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 3 years in managerial level.? Well-versed with the Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, and other related Acts. Familiar with ISO Standard Requirements.? Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Degree in Human Resource or equivalent.Possess strong intuition, management and interpersonal skills.? Proactive, result-driven and resourceful.? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.? Able to work well with all levels.? Have worked in a manufacturing environment of MNC or large organization with diversified industries/business activities, covering broad spectrum of HR functions/responsibilities will be an advantage.
