Senior Manager

The Senior Manager will lead and oversee the strategic and operational management. The role includes setting objectives, ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs), and managing day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, growth, and alignment with the company's vision.

Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning:
• Develop and implement departmental goals, policies, and procedures in
line with the company's objectives.
• Collaborate with executive management to set long-term strategies for
growth and innovation.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic
decisions.
Operational Management:
• Oversee daily operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within
scope, and on budget.
• Ensure the team complies with company standards, industry regulations,
and all applicable laws.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning for the department.
Team Leadership & Development:
• Lead and mentor a team of managers and staff, fostering a positive and
productive work environment.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.Identify and address skills gaps through training and development
programs.
Performance Management: Set performance metrics (KPIs) and track departmental progress.Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency,
quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Report on department performance, challenges, and opportunities to
senior management.
Stakeholder Management:
• Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external
stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and business partners.
• Represent the company in meetings and negotiations, ensuring the best
outcomes for the business.
• Respond to client inquiries and manage escalated issues.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks to the business and implement mitigation strategies.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, legal requirements, and
environmental policies.
• Develop contingency plans to minimize operational disruption.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
• Drive innovation within the department, encouraging the adoption of new
technologies, methodologies, and processes.
• Ensure the department is leveraging data-driven decision-making to
optimize outcomes.
Reporting:
• Provide detailed reports on department performance, project status,
financial health, and workforce efficiency.
• Maintain clear communication with executive leadership, highlighting any
issues or successes.
