About the Role
Working as the delivery lead and solution architect for the SAP Treasury and Cash Management solution in AIA.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide and mentor a team of SAP Treasury and Cash Management specialists, fostering a collaborative environment to meet team goals.
Act as the principal architect for the SAP Treasury and Cash Management solution, ensuring optimal design and implementation.
Establish the strategic roadmap for the Treasury and Cash Management solution, aligning with business objectives.
Assess the latest market solutions to ensure our technology remains competitive.
Engage with business stakeholders to translate their requirements into effective system solutions.
Assist the project manager by providing effort estimations and contributing to the project plan.
Evaluate the impact of system changes to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
Oversee the team's delivery, ensuring high-quality outputs and timely delivery.
Facilitate knowledge sharing with the support team to ensure a seamless transition to Business as Usual (BAU).
Support the Request for Proposal (RFP) process and assist in evaluating vendors or products.
Review existing processes and propose solutions to enhance user experience.
Serve as the escalation point for daily support issues.
