Senior Manager, MarketingThe opportunity
This position plays a key role in the successful development and launch of new product and existing product's campaign to agents, banca and customers.
This position also looks into product positioning and proposition to identify unique proposition and differentiation of our products.
Responsibilities
Work closely with various teams such as the Product Development, Pricing, Actuarial, Legal, Compliance, Brand and Communications, Analytics and Distribution to develop and launch competitive products and campaigns.
Develop product training propositions and collaterals to support new product launches and existing product's sales.
Lead the development and implementation of cross and up-selling sales campaigns to existing customers.
Drive and support customer communication in various formats on product related matters.
Provide reports and analysis on product launches, campaigns, and key projects.
Support distribution partners on various product related issues.
Manage various customer related projects, as needed.

What we are looking for
University Degree in Marketing.
Minimum 5 years in life insurance product marketing experience.
Demonstrated project management skills.
Good communication and relationship skills.
Ability to work effectively within a dynamic working environment.
