Job Description In your new role you will: Merger & Acquisitions Activities/Concept Integration of Acquired Company BU/Product into IFX system based Demand Planning for PP/VRFC/MinMax Secure subcontractors' capacity and commitment to drive delivery fulfilment.
Enable new subcon sites according to IFX supply chain process and requirement.
Drive subcon to meet planning KPIs targets defined.
TCR / Min-Max: a.
Volume provision to key stakeholders with understanding on the strategic agreed plan b.
Coordinator of volume related activities.
Business Scenario / Scenario Planning: a.
Review flexibility (subcon-subcon split) in alignment with quarterly rationalization results.
b. Aligning new products or make/buy decision with PUR & OPC to PS team in AP c. Work closely with Biz Div in HQ on outsourcing plan / roadmap Production Program: a.
Review and define BN in SPL-UI.

Secure and update capacity in SPL-UI c. Quarterly loading rationalization to optimize cost d. Align with internal stakeholders(eg.
test segment) for non-turnkey production flow e. Work with Biz Div on outlook and allocation if needed Escalation management on capacity issue at subcons Consigned capacity optimization.
Business Continuity Management.
Suppliers' Management Relationship (middle or factory management) Interface to Biz Div on productivity projects @ OSAT Supply Chain Projects to improve effectiveness and efficiency especially in area of planning Reporting on following (not limited to below): a. Subcontractors' potential maximum capacity for Infineon b.
Planning Disturbance @ Subcontractors c. Demand Commitment versus Forecast d. Corresponding 8D management with every planning disturbance e. Volume Trend Reporting in relation to Business Environment f. Overall View for Management Update/Report to Granular Detail Part Tracking Report Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Training / qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in an appropriate technical course ie Industrial, Chemical Engineering, Math, Material Science, Electronics and Communication Eng'g Cross functional leadership, organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills Effective writing and communication skills and able to interact with all levels Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with different international companies Proficient in Microsoft Office Software such as Word, Excel & Power Point.
Job experience: At least 10 years of experience working in the semiconductor industry with extensive exposure in process and/or business planning as well as other areas like operations, outsourcing planning experience highly preferred.
Systemic approach and 8D management compulsory.
Knowledge of assembly and Test operations, Logistics and Materials Planning Analytical, excellent planning and delivery skills Powerpoint / Excel Management Reporting Expertise Extent of technical knowledge in own area: High knowledge and management of planning process Good understanding of supply chain related applications, systems and tools Good understanding of factory physics and its impact to supply chain KPIs.
Able to rationalize and provide alternative solutions and decision making skills Good team player and able to influence in implementing procedures within subcontractors.
