Senior Manager, Planning, Systems & Monitoring
Job Purpose
A Senior Manager, Planning & Systems for Business Transformation is responsible for leading strategic planning, managing system integration, and driving operational improvements that align with the organization's business transformation goals.
This position involves working closely with the Head of Program Management Office.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Transformation Support:
Develop business transformation initiatives by creating and executing strategic plans that align with company objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and implement process improvements and systems enhancements.
Conduct regular assessments to ensure project goals are met, adjusting strategies as needed.
Systems Integration and Process Optimization:
Oversee the integration of new systems and tools to improve efficiency, data management, and workflow across departments.
Evaluate current business processes and systems, identifying opportunities for automation and enhanced functionality.
Collaborate with ICT and system vendors to ensure the seamless integration and performance of technology solutions.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Use data-driven insights to track project performance, generate reports, and measure transformation outcomes.
Provide actionable insights for Leadership Team's decision-making through data analysis, dashboards, and KPIs.
Stakeholder Engagement and Change Management:
Work closely with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment on transformation objectives and timelines.
Develop and implement change management plans to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes and systems across teams.
Communicate progress, benefits, and challenges of transformation efforts to key stakeholders.
Leadership and Team Development:
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and innovation within the team and broader organization.
Risk Management:
Identify risks associated with transformation projects and develop mitigation strategies.
Work closely with Corporate Planning and Risk to maintain a risk register.
Identify contingency plans to address potential disruptions or setbacks in transformation efforts.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities; effective communication and change management skills; strong leadership and stakeholder management.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; a master's degree or MBA is preferred.
Experience: 8-10+ years in business transformation, strategic planning, systems implementation, or related areas, ideally with experience in a consulting or management role.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of business process management, enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM), data analytics, and project management software.#J-18808-Ljbffr
