We're looking for more bright minds who'd love to change the world by solving complex problems.   What you'll do:   Product and Cross-Functional Collaboration:   Work closely with product managers and other team members to find problems and turn them into product ideas. Make sure that what we're making matches what the business wants and what our customers need. Assist the product teams from coming up with ideas to launching the product and making it better over time.   Operational Excellence: Establish and maintain operational processes and procedures to streamline product development, deployment, and support activities, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and quality.   Team Management: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to our operational team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.   Performance Monitoring: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track operational performance, analyze data to identify insights and opportunities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.   Project Management: Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring on-time and within-budget completion of product initiatives while managing risks and dependencies effectively.   Change Management: Create and put into action plans to help people smoothly accept and use new products and features, including training sessions and making helpful documents, to make sure the change goes well. Who you are: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.  At least 5 years of experience in product operations, project management, or related roles, preferably in the fintech or accounting industry.  Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable plans and initiatives.  Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.   Experience with agile development methodologies, project management tools, and product management frameworks is preferred.  Demonstrated proficiency in presenting progress results and numerical data to stakeholders including C-Level in a clear, concise, and compelling manner, fostering understanding and alignment.  Passion for innovation, technology, and driving positive change in the financial services industry.
