Proactively information exchange within other FE sites, BD & technologies. Ability to apply a variety of interpersonal skills to all working levels in order to effectively direct / persuade / influence others. 7. Define overall strategy for team to proactively achieve quality result. Ability to set objective & to recognize the good job done. 8. Set Target for team. Ability to make a change & drive for continuous improvement. You are best equipped for this task if you have: People Management - Lead resources planning. Education background in Degree / Master / PhD Electrical / Electronic, Physic, Material Engineering with professional experience in Semiconductor Wafer Fabrication industry. Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Semiconductor Wafer Fabrication industry. Able to apply Thinking 6-sigma, 8D, 5 Why Analysis, and FMEA effectively. Strong analytical skill with systematic approaches. Willing to explore in depth on technology & process in wafer fabrication. Initiate continuous improvement project for any process weaknesses. Passionate about Quality system & likes to deliver the best. Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Words. Good statistical analytical skill. Good communication skill & interpersonal skill. Interest in interaction with all levels of employees internally or externally. Able to present projects confidently to Kulim and Europe counterpart.
