This financial institution offers a range of financial products and services ranging from personal banking to insurance.
Due to market growth, aSenior Manager, Rewards and Performance Managementis needed to develop and implement competitive strategies.Your new role
You will support the Director of Rewards in developing Group HR rewards and performance management strategies.
You will also lead HR analytics and benchmarking, and oversee year-end reviews, salary reviews, LTI payouts, etc.
As aSenior Manager, Rewards and Performance Management , you will also provide advisory support and lead medium-sized projects related to rewards and performance management.What you'll need to succeed
Well versed in total rewards and performance management.
Experience developing and executing Long-Term Incentive Plans, annual salary review, benefit benchmarking and related rewards initiatives.
Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
