Job DescriptionWe are now looking for a highly driven and motivated Industry Senior Manager, Sales & Operations Planning, Advertising and Partnerships (APAC) to join our fast-growing team in Malaysia as a regional individual contributor. The successful candidate will be a key member of our Strategy and Operations vertical, Advertising and Partnerships (APAC) team; you'll be the bridge between business and advertising technology making sure we are providing best-in-class services to maximize revenue growth.Responsibilities:Planning & ExecutionResponsible for the Sales Operations, applications and tools' integration, framework, strategy and roadmapAccountable for the sales planning exercises, owning and driving milestones with the respective cross-functional and partnerships teamsDesign and set up sales metrics and sales models based on strategic objectivesSet up Salesforce SOP by evaluating existing booking practices and methodologies and explore opportunities for improvementsPartner with various internal teams, including Product/Ad Ops/Sales/Marketing/Data/Business Development teams, to identify new strategic collaboration to drive operational efficiency and improved productivityWork closely with Marketing team to explore methods to support lead generation process such as using CRM tools and SalesforceOversee the sales funnel through salesforce; track, measure and report accurately. Optimise the sales process to drive efficiency for partnerships teamsDrive adoption of sales processes, SOP, SLA, best practices, forecasting tools and dashboards within respective regions through training and roadshowsOwner of sales data accuracy and integrityParticipate and contribute to the Advertising & Partnerships team's growth and research projectsAnalysisIdentifying customers and sales opportunities by analyzing sales data and consumer trendsTrack and report monthly sales revenue VS targets to provide data analysis on identifying business gaps and recommendation for improvementTake ownership of sales metrics such as inventory utilisation rate, forecast, sales pipeline, sales realisation and recurring rate and ROIAnalyse, identify and build management dashboards to provide visibility on the health of the Advertising & Partnerships business and track other areas of growth opportunityQualificationsBachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline ( Statistics, Business & Accounting, Finance, Financial Information Systems) or equivalent practical experienceAt least 6 years of working experience, preferably 2-3 years in the online advertising spaceAt least 2-3 years of Salesforce working experience or equivalent CRM experienceHigh attention to detail, and good organizational skills, with a good understanding of online advertising business and processesExcellent understanding of financial workflows and experience using CRM and BI tools such as Salesforce, hubspot, Tableau, Data studio, Jira and ConfluenceStrong financial visual presentation skillsStrong analytical mindset to analyze raw data, draw insights and develop actionable recommendations through optimisation and automationGood SQL working experiencePassionate and excited about online advertising and marketing technologiesComfortable working against timelines and multiple projectsBackground in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, startup/tech environments would be an advantage.Fluency in English (our corporate language) and great communication skills.Stakeholder management (Internal and external) and effective regional communication are critical to be successful in this role
