The ideal candidate will have a track record as a significant individual contributor – comfortable working independently, whilst working closely with the management team.About this role:This role will be based in Kuala Lumpur and will report to the Strategic Account Management Lead.Responsibilities:Manage and expand relationships with existing clients and proactively identify further new business opportunitiesAchieve and exceed on weekly and monthly KPIsMaintain and grow the revenue and gross profit of each accountKeep the platform fresh by implementing creative marketing initiativesConstruct and negotiate commercial offers which meet expectations of foodpanda, business partners and customersWork with internal support functions to ensure that every deal that goes live on the platform meets quality standardsStrong knowledge of all aspects of the foodpanda business model and the online food ordering marketUse and create management reports to assess performance of vendorsPrepare weekly/monthly financial & performance reports for internal and external reviewQualifications4+ years' experience within an Account Management role preferableProven track record of Account Management or Territory Sales with B2B sales experience, preferably in eCommerce for FMCG brandsExcellent communication skills, must have a consultative sales approach and be a strong persuader and influencerStrong relationship builder, has a positive attitude and is a team playerHighly driven, self-motivated, target oriented, resilient and tenaciousCustomer focused, enjoys working autonomously, hits the ground running and demonstrates a willingness to learnStrong analytical skills, makes well judged decisions, good numeracy, pays strong attention to detail, is a strong problem solver, demonstrates good commercial awareness and thinks outside the box to generate new ideas Has a flexible approach, thrives under pressure and enjoys working in a fast paced environmentHighly organised and plans and prioritizes work effectively
