Join our team as a Senior Manager, Supply Chain, where you'll lead and optimize our procurement and warehouse operations.
You will drive proactive team engagement, ensure safety and policy adherence, and manage all aspects of material planning and inventory.
Responsibilities
Motivate and engage the team to maintain high morale and productivity
Ensure safety and compliance with all company policies
Continuously review and adjust work scopes and team management
Monitor team performance to achieve business goals
Establish and maintain effective meeting cadences for procurement and warehouse functions
Oversee material planning, purchasing, and inventory management to meet production needs
Manage warehouse operations and ensure timely fulfillment of production orders
Optimize material inventory levels and manage material risks and expiry
Analyze and approve supplier contracts and plan cost-saving initiatives
Prepare and present procurement strategies and analyses to leadership
Negotiate with suppliers to build strong business relationships
Adhere to ethical standards and manage departmental expenses within budget
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field
Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record of success in senior or managerial role
Preferably Senior Leadership experience
Experience in leading cross-functional teams
Proven ability to design, implement and optimize supply chain strategies
