Compliance & Risk (Banking & Financial Services)Full timeManage and supervise credit risk controls implemented for Group Treasury & Markets, guided by Wholesale Credit Risk ("WCR") policies to ensure compliance of day-to-day business activities and protect the Bank's balance sheet against loss arising from counterparty credit risk.Monitor for position-taking activity by Agency Broking via day-end reports.Provide product risk assessment for new products or variation of products.Perform investigations on unusual exposures within risk monitoring mandate.Manage automation and enhancement of credit risk monitoring effectively.Perform reputational risk assessments for investment banking client pre-mandate clearance.Improve internal customer satisfaction/feedback.Investigate non-compliance and escalate for consequence management.Support accountability for compliance with graph and other policies and maintain independent oversight.Meet and satisfy requirements set up by regulators – BNM.Achieve minimum internal audit rating.Assist in supervising business to ensure compliance with existing credit risk controls.Ensure credit risk related projects are executed well and completed within the agreed timelines.Effectively manage system-generated reports and enhancements.Oversee credit monitoring and systems upgrade, operations manual.Develop a competent workforce.Job RequirementsAICB bank risk management - an added advantage.AICB Pasaran Kewangan Malaysia certificate - an added advantage.At least 6 years in banking, finance or risk management.#J-18808-Ljbffr
