Senior Manager (Transfer Pricing)

Key Responsibilities: 1. Transfer Pricing Advisory:
- Provide expert advice on transfer pricing strategies and compliance, ensuring alignment with local and international regulations.
- Develop and implement transfer pricing policies and procedures tailored to clients' specific business models.
 
2. Documentation and Compliance:
- Oversee the preparation and review of transfer pricing documentation, including local files and master files, in compliance with the OECD guidelines and local regulations.
- Ensure timely submission of transfer pricing reports and compliance with local tax authority requirements.
 
3. Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique transfer pricing challenges and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct meetings with clients to discuss transfer pricing issues and present findings and recommendations.
 
4. Analytical Reviews:
- Conduct economic and financial analyses to support transfer pricing studies and documentation.
- Analyze market data and industry trends to assist in determining arm's length pricing.
 
5. Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor junior staff in transfer pricing matters, providing training and support in their professional development.
- Coordinate with other teams within the firm to deliver comprehensive tax services to clients.
6. Research and Development:
- Stay current with changes in transfer pricing regulations and best practices, assessing their implications for clients.
- Contribute to the development of internal knowledge resources and thought leadership materials on transfer pricing.
 
7. Audit Support:
- Assist clients during tax audits and disputes related to transfer pricing matters, providing necessary documentation and support.
 
8. Portfolio Management:
- Manage the assigned portfolio, monitoring progress and ensuring timely delivery.
- Report the status of ongoing assignments to clients and senior management to meet deadlines and achieve objectives.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; a professional qualification such as CTA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent is preferred.Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in transfer pricing, preferably in a professional services firm.In-depth knowledge of Malaysian transfer pricing laws and OECD guidelines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with clients and stakeholders.Proven leadership abilities and experience managing a team.Benefit: MedicalEducation Support PolicyDentalSport EventWorking Location: Faber Tower 2, KL.
