What You Will Do:
Evaluate new product manufacture feasibility & assembly cost & fixture cost.
Lead the design of product for better fit for assembly design & machine design and lower cost.
Design and debug assembly fixture & process for new product.
Design and maintain the fixture proceeding programs.
Make assembly fixture purchasing plans and get quotation lists from suppliers.
Make and release related documents for production such as PFMEA, Flow Chart, PWI & Tooling List, Spare part List.
Process improvement and quality control by TOPS/DOE/SPC/Lean & Six Sigma tools.
Fixture GR&R, CPK & SPC study.
Analyze and address process defects and reduce scrap.
Assist AQP & MQA in analyzing customer complaints and implementing improvements.
Conduct GLSS projects for better quality and cost.
Provide related training for technicians, assistant engineers, and engineers.
Participate in trainings and actively report L&E misconduct.
Experience with ICM products.
Experience with auto winding/loading of ICM magnetics.
Who You Are:
Basic Qualifications:
EDUCATION:
REQUIRED: University Degree or above
PREFERRED: Graduate in correlative Mechanical Engineering.
Good communication with related departments.
Familiar with CAD and office software operation.
Good in English reading, writing and speaking.
Familiarity with mechanical theory & drawing.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
REQUIRED:
Average Years of Experience: 6+
Experience with ICM connectors.
PREFERRED:
At least 6 years of correlative working experience and 3 years of experience in connector assembly fixture design & debug.
Familiarity with electromechanical devices.
Experience with auto winding/loading of ICM connectors.
