As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team that services the ModJack market.
What You Will Do
Evaluate new product manufacture feasibility & assembly cost & fixture cost.
Lead the design of products that are better fit for assembly design & machine design and lower cost.
Design and debug assembly fixture & process for new products.
Design and maintain the fixture proceeding programs.
Make assembly fixture purchasing plans and get quotation lists from suppliers.
Make and release related documents for production such as: PFMEA, Flow Chart, PWI & Tooling List, Spare part List.
Process improvement and quality control using TOPS/DOE/SPC/Lean & Six Sigma tools.
Fixture GR&R, CPK & SPC study.
Analyze and deal with process defects and reduce scrap.
Assist AQP & MQA with customer complaints and find ways for process improvement.
Conduct GLSS projects for better quality and cost.
Provide training for Technicians, Assistant Engineers & Engineers.
Participate in trainings, and actively report L&E misconduct.
Who You Are
You are a Mechanical (or similar) Engineering graduate with a minimum of 6 years' experience in a relevant field, with 3 years' experience in connector assembly fixture design & debug.
You are familiar with Electromechanical devices, Mechanical theory & drawing.
You have experience with auto winding/loading of ICM connectors.
You possess good communication and interaction skills with cross-departments.
