Lead the manufacturing team to improve the level of Safety, Quality, Cost improvement, and Delivery performance in the plant.
Drive a higher level of understanding in product and processes, develop/improve systems and control measures, drive quick and effective implementation and monitor its effectiveness to successfully deliver products consistently to customers.
Continuously drive a higher level of discipline.
Contribute constructive ideas and support to the management of the Company.
Main Tasks:Manage the manufacturing team to deliver results based on the Key Strategic Objectives set.
Drive and ensure conformance to all regulatory requirements.
Improve the team harmony and positive engagement while driving performance expectations.
Uphold and improve the LEAN / PACE culture in which continuous improvement to Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and People is the way of life.
Decide and set technical direction to the team in moving forward.
Act as Acting Plant Manager in his absence.
Requirements:Minimum 10 years in manufacturing with 5 years in a senior management position, preferably in the aluminium diecasting or automotive industry.
Experience with customers from automotive industries.
Knowledgeable and experienced in operating manufacturing processes with a robust quality system.
Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Electromechanical/Tooling Engineering.
