What role you will play in the teamYou will be an integral part of our rapidly growing process engineering team providing technical leadership and insights from a process technology fleet perspective and support to ExxonMobil's manufacturing facilities globally.
You will be crucial in establishing a strong culture of collaboration with manufacturing facilities to sustain operational excellence with a standardized corporate approach.
Position is based in Kuala Lumpur.
This position is not limited to Malaysians only.
What you will doBe the subject matter expert on Distillation, Hydroprocessing and/or Reforming technologies for the Kuala Lumpur Technology Center (KLTC), providing process engineering technical support to ExxonMobil's global manufacturing facilities.
Proactively engage with various global interfaces in ExxonMobil to identify opportunities and propose innovative solutions to drive business value.
Lead deployment of fleet initiatives across ExxonMobil's facilities for profit margin improvement, energy and OPEX efficiencies.
Streamline and standardize work processes to improve manufacturing technical support delivery effectiveness.
Provide key input to skill development programs to accelerate competency building.
Drive functional excellence by promoting continuous improvement of standards, cutting-edge tools and practices.
Serve as a functional mentor for junior engineers and provide technical credibility for organizational competency development.
About youSkills and Qualifications
Degree in Chemical Engineering.
Preferably 15 years of experience working in a refinery.
Process technology experience in Distillation, Reforming, and/or Hydroprocessing.
