Senior Manufacturing Production Control EngineerJOB SUMMARY
Control, manage and improve On Time Delivery (OTD) and Cycle Time (CT) of every customer product and new technology / development engineering lots.
Work closely with Customer Services group to meet customer requirements.
Manage Fab WIP and enhance cycle time simulation models to forecast production OTD and CT for the next 3 to 6 months.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Control and improve On Time Delivery (OTD) monitoring and shipment arrangements.
Control and improve Products Cycle Time (CT) tracking.
Track and analyze department Key Performance Indices (KPI) to set lot movement strategies.
Launch new product(s) in the production line smoothly.
Support R&D department to ensure new technology projects deliver on time.
Collaborate with Customer Service to meet customer requirements.
Contribute to the achievement of quality objectives by complying with the quality operating system and participating in continuous improvement activities (defect prevention, reduction of variation, or prevention of waste).
Conduct daily bottleneck tools Deep Dive with IE, Manufacturing, and Module staff.
Perform any other assignments deemed fit that may be given to you from time to time.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Qualification: Degree in Industrial Engineering / Production Operations / Manufacturing / Computer Science or any equivalent.
Experience: Semiconductor foundry experience preferred.
Team player, fast learner, aggressive.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Hardworking and trustworthy.
Familiarity with PowerBI, Scheduler experience for lot dispatching in the Fab, and Excel macros.
Programming knowledge is a plus.
English literacy required.
