Create and execute brand and marketing plans for specific goals, focusing on both short-term and long-term objectives
Oversee the implementation of marketing initiatives on schedule
Monitor projects and campaigns from start to finish to ensure goals are met
Develop monthly marketing calendars outlining strategic activities
Analyze offline and digital marketing performance, suggesting enhancements
Coordinate KOL, social media and e-commerce activities
Lead the marketing team and collaborate with internal departments to meet campaign objectives
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Marketing or any equivalent field with at least 2 years experience in F&B / Marketing or related industry experience
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Possess a pleasant personality with strong interpersonal, excellent communication skills, analytical capability and multi-tasking skills
Ability to think out-of-the-box and express creativity
Fast in problem solving and resourceful
