Job Responsibilities
Campaign & Social Media Growth Management:
Creativity and Content Production:
Drive the creation of captivating and trendy content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. Be hands-on in the production and editing process.
Content Calendar Management:
Own the social media content calendar, managing both copywriting and art direction. Oversee all posting activities, including ad boosting. Monitor social media metrics and analyze performance to enhance and optimize strategies.
Campaign Management:
Assist Marketing Manager to execute campaigns across various channels, including in-store media and social media, incorporating influencer marketing strategies.
Influencer Marketing Management:
Identify potential influencers, initiate contact, and build positive relationships. Collaborate with influencers to create authentic, engaging content aligned with brand messaging. Support in planning, coordinating, and executing influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
Marketing Material Management:
Media Direction and Execution: Take charge of online and offline media, creating and steering all media strategies hands-on. Coordinate with landlords and printing suppliers for seamless media execution. Artwork Creation: Lead the design and creation of visually appealing artwork for various marketing materials by ensuring brand asset consistency. In-Store Media Integration: Manage and integrate in-store media materials, contributing to a comprehensive brand representation across different channels.
Market Research and Sales Reporting:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Analyze & summarize data to develop insights and inform marketing strategies. Track and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics.

Job Requirements
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in F&B industry or advertising agency with Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
Self-driven, accountable and passionate for results.
Resourceful, energetic and eager to drive impact.
Growth mindset with shared vision to grow the company.
Strong communication skills in English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and video editing software.
Proficiency in marketing software/tools (e.g., Google Analytics, TikTok & Meta Business Manager, etc.).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
