We are looking for a pleasant, collaborative, skilled individual to join our USANA's Malaysia team as a senior marketing executive. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out duties necessary to facilitate the growth of the USANA's business, supporting all marketing aspects of USANA from administration to the development of initial promotional concepts, to coordinate and support in ensuring aspects of business communications materials are created and executed accurately. What You Will Do as a USANA Senior Marketing Executive Essential Execute marketing strategies to launch and promote new products through a combination of online and offline activities Assist in developing multi-media content, which includes write-up of articles, videos, and other marketing and communications materials in both Chinese and English for online and offline use. Monitor and maintain social media platforms and the company website with the aim of driving traffic and engagement Monitor and execute advertising campaigns within allocated budgets and scheduled timeframes Assist with submitting documents to the government for new promotions, campaign, and marketing collaterals Sourcing new logo gear and managing inventory effectively, including tracking and replenish the logo gear Assist marketing manager by providing administrative and project support for a variety of marketing programs Assist in sending communication & distribution of marketing collaterals via all channels Conduct market research and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns Prepare PowerPoint for presentations and reports for management Additional Work closely with internal teams and external parties to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives Travel domestically and internationally on weekends and nights for USANA events, as required by business needs Perform other duties as assigned or needed Background and Skills You Will Need Diploma in Marketing or communications, health-related science, food or related field required Minimum 4 years' working experience Proficiency in written & spoken English and Mandarin (dealing with Mandarin work materials) Must be creative, detail-oriented, have good time management and able to work effectively in a team environment Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
