Responsibilities:
Assist in developing advertising and promotions activity for outlets.
Liaise with Advertising Agency in planning and executing advertising and promotions activity.
Monitor the implementation of advertising and promotions activity at the outlets.
Involve in Department activities including National activities, LRM, CRM and assist the department to achieve sales objective inclusive of analysis.
Support in Brand Planning and execution.
Liaise with advertising agencies or staff to arrange promotional campaigns in all types of media for products, organizations, or individuals.
Coordinate with designers and printers and arrange for quotations and effective distribution of marketing materials.
Coordinate and arrange for production of the marketing materials, including leaflets, flyers, buntings and posters.
Assist in coordinating events such as opening of new outlets, launching of new products, or other activities to gain public attention through various media.
Prepare reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing sales data and competitors activities, on a weekly or on an adhoc basis.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Marketing / FMCG / F&B / retail.
Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail oriented, passionate about the work and willing to learn.
Good in Marketing analysis and study across brands / industry.
Proficiency in both Malay and English languages.
Working Hour:
5.5 days work.
