The Role
Love, Bonito has just undergone an extensive rebranding initiative, and we're seeking a dynamic Senior Marketing Executive to spearhead our efforts in amplifying our brand narrative in Malaysia. In this pivotal role, you'll have the opportunity to shape and convey our compelling brand story, ensuring it resonates with our target audience in a profound and impactful manner. You'll be at the forefront of crafting innovative strategies to captivate our audience and cement Love, Bonito's position as a top-of-mind brand in the market.
You will be working with the Malaysia Marketing Manager and play a pivotal role in the development of Love, Bonito's brand in Malaysia across all major platforms and channels, primarily retail marketing events and activations, influencer marketing, and collaborating with Global Marketing CoE Teams for digital marketing like e-commerce site, CRM, EDM, social media, and paid marketing.

Main Responsibilities
Support Marketing Manager to strategize, plan and execute 360 marketing omni-channel campaigns that drive brand awareness, generate traffic to website and stores, build engagement with our community in Malaysia, and spark customer acquisition.
Execute compelling, engaging, performance-driving brand-led campaigns across multiple marketing touchpoints; ensuring a smooth customer journey online and in-stores.
Conduct weekly post-mortem analysis to measure performance and come up with concrete & effective improvements and immediate next steps across all marketing channels in Malaysia.
Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition ventures, and stay current on trends, social issues, and consumer trends.
Comfortably lead conversations with all relevant cross-functional stakeholders to drive creative solutions.
Qualifications & Experience
3+ years of relevant work experience in marketing or communications with an omnichannel or direct-to-consumer brand marketing or communication role, or from an advertising agency ideally in account management or account management-planner hybrid role.
Solid hands-on experience on how to plan and end-to-end marketing rollout for new campaigns.
Able to make data-informed decisions for a marketing plan, comfortable with reading data and turning insights into operational, effective and impactful campaign execution.
Relevant degree from a top university in business, marketing communications or other relevant fields.
