Job Summary: The Senior Marketing Executive will lead and execute marketing initiatives, with a primary focus on event management, strategic marketing planning, and social media engagement. This role requires a creative and results-driven professional to enhance brand visibility and drive audience engagement through innovative marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:


-Event Management:



-Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events


-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure events align with overall marketing goals and brand messaging.


-Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure successful execution and ROI analysis post-event.
2. Email Marketing:


-Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and event invitations.


-Segment audiences and tailor messaging to increase engagement and conversion rates.


-Monitor email campaign performance, analyzing metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and ROI to optimize future campaigns.
3. Social Media Planning:


-Create and manage social media content calendars


-Develop engaging content that aligns with brand messaging and resonates with target audiences.


-Analyze social media performance and generate reports to inform strategy and improve engagement.
4. Collaboration and Communication:


-Work closely with the creative team to produce marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.


-Liaise with external vendors and partners to enhance marketing initiatives and event execution.


-Present marketing strategies and performance results to stakeholders and senior management.

-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field


-3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on event management and social media.


-Proven track record of successfully managing events and executing marketing campaigns.


-Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.


-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


-Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, social media management tools).
