Senior Marketing Executive
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
3-5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads, etc.
Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation in marketing.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Assist with digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine marketing strategies.
Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
Oversee the creation of engaging content for digital channels, including website, blogs, social media, and email newsletters.
Work closely with design and content teams to ensure all marketing materials align with the brand's voice and message.
Digital Marketing:
Optimize the company's online presence through effective use of SEO, PPC, and social media advertising.
Track and report on key performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness.
Manage relationships with digital agencies and other external vendors to ensure successful delivery of digital marketing initiatives.
Brand Management:
Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
Support the development of promotional materials, product launches, and events.
Mentor and guide junior marketing team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing efforts.
Budget Management:
Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
