Full time
Responsible for understanding and engaging with customers that are within the vicinity of our restaurants and those that are already in our restaurants. Understanding the opportunities that lie within your sales channels and managing the relationships to benefit from those opportunities.
The main person for communication between Operations and Marketing.
Responsible for creating store awareness, driving customers into our store, and ultimately purchasing our products.
Deliver target sales and TC for:
Birthday Parties
Corporate Orders – external
Corporate Orders – internal (use of meeting rooms and food sales)
In-store large orders and caterings
External Event Participations
Tie-ups with government organizations and Corporations
Tie-ups with malls, businesses, and groups within the stores' trading area
Kids Classes
Optimize usage of Rooty bear to build sales
Assist in delivering hospitality through the execution of GSM (Golden Service Moments) in the stores.
Create, develop suitable (tailor make if needed) and execute effective POSM for respective stores or channels.
Marketing planning for new store openings.
Daily/weekly Sales Analysis by store and if needed, propose an action plan to reverse the negative trend when it arises.
Analyze Local Store Marketing promotion results post-promotion and share results with Operations.
Work together with Operations for their local initiatives.
Work with Marketing to manage 3rd Party suppliers for all local store Marketing requirements for the stores, e.g., POSM.
Work with and manage Mall Marketing Team to plan synergistic win-win Marketing Programs.
Develop promotional strategies and execute Local Store Marketing (LSM) promotions.
Influence menu portfolio strategy for your channels.
Manage in-store E-Menu.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3-4 years of product marketing experience within the Retail industry. Experience in F&B Retail will be an added advantage.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
Creative, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
Independent, proactive, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and results-oriented.#J-18808-Ljbffr
