Track Customer Engagement: Use customer feedback, surveys, and analytics to measure engagement and make data-driven improvements to marketing strategies.

Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
13 years of experience in marketing or related roles (fresh graduates with relevant internships welcome).
Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
Familiarity with digital tools like Google Analytics, Canva, or Meta Business Suite.
