Senior Marketing & Leasing Executive

Source for new prospect tenants to take up the lease of the vacant lots.
Follow-up on existing tenants on tenancy matters.
Attend to tenants' requests and feedback.
Any ad-hoc matters required by management.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Estate Management or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years working experience in similar capacity in a shopping complex management or property management industry will be an advantage.
Knowledge in tenancy agreement, preferably experience in property management and leasing of shopping center will be an advantage.
Independent, resourceful, highly motivated and result-oriented.
Possess a professional and pleasant personality with good negotiation skills.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (oral and written), conversant in local dialects will be an advantage.
