Job Description
Support the General Manager (GM) in creating and executing the overall marketing strategy to achieve the organization's business objectives.
Supervise the development, execution, and refinement of multi-channel marketing campaigns, covering digital, social media, content, events, and traditional advertising.
Lead the marketing team by setting goals, assigning tasks, tracking progress, and providing feedback on performance.
Work with other departments (e.g., sales, product, operations) to ensure marketing efforts are in line with the company's broader goals.
Analyze marketing data to discover trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
Keep up with industry trends, new marketing technologies, and competitive dynamics.
Assist the GM with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the marketing department.
Represent the marketing team in leadership meetings and participate in strategic decision-making.
Mentor and support the professional growth of the marketing team.
Digital Analytics and Reporting
Skilled in using web analytics tools like Google Analytics to track, analyze, and report on marketing performance.
Experienced with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for transforming data into actionable insights.
Capable of creating custom dashboards and reports to track key marketing metrics and support data-driven decisions.
Knowledgeable in SEO best practices to enhance the visibility and ranking of online content.
Social Media Management
Experienced in managing and optimizing social media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
Proficient in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer) for scheduling, publishing, and monitoring social media content.
Understands social media analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of social campaigns.
Marketing Analytics and Data-Driven Insights
Proficient in advanced analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) for tracking, measuring, and reporting on marketing campaign performance.
Skilled in analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and translating insights into actionable marketing strategies.
Experienced in creating custom dashboards and reports for visualizing and presenting marketing performance data.
Knowledgeable in marketing attribution models and techniques (e.g., multi-touch, last-click) for accurate measurement of marketing impact.
Familiar with statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate marketing initiatives.
Business Intelligence and Storytelling
Expert in converting complex marketing data into clear, actionable business intelligence.
Skilled in using data visualization techniques (e.g., charts, graphs, dashboards) to communicate insights and recommend strategies.
Strong communicator with the ability to explain technical marketing analytics to non-technical stakeholders.
Marketing Investment Control and Budget Management
Experienced in developing and managing marketing budgets, including forecasting, resource allocation, and tracking expenditures.
Ability to assess the cost-effectiveness of marketing activities and make recommendations for budget optimization.
Knowledgeable in procurement processes, vendor management, and negotiation to ensure efficient use of marketing resources.
