Job Description:
Manage the team of ecommerce & digital marketing to develop, manage, and implement ecommerce & digital marketing strategies to promote products, services, and solutions for acquiring SME customers.
Enhance brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.
Identify and evaluate new ecommerce & digital technologies to improve business performance.
Develop media and content marketing strategies to drive relevant customers with the goal of improving purchase intent.
As business owner, manage the business performance as well as effective tracking with web analytics and other business indicators to deliver revenue target and KPIs.
Liaise with different business functions including IT, Logistics, Group legal, and compliance team.
Job Requirements:
Excellent leadership skills, highly entrepreneurial, sales-driven, possess a holistic understanding of a successful eCommerce business, able to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive results through collaborations.
Strive for the best business performance and drive growth.
Never satisfied and unwilling to stop testing mindset.
Able to effectively communicate brand's message.
Able to extract key values and insights from dashboard and reports.
Adaptability in the ever-changing digital space and ability to think like a customer.
