Description
A Senior Marketing Associate at ShopBack will thrive in a fast-paced learning environment with opportunities to learn more about e-commerce marketing operations and workflow.
The role will support the Marketing team on day-to-day campaigns execution and manage the app and web platforms via various internal platforms.
Responsibilities
Own key campaign deployment - interpret brief, manage asset creation, deploy across key channels within QC process.
BAU - launch and maintain assets on various platforms including Shopback app, web and CRM channels (email / app push / in app popup).
Manage briefs coming from the Business Development team and assist on executing / delegating where relevant.
Assist in analyzing Marketing Operations SLA performance and data on a regular basis and share key insights and learnings with the internal marketing team.
Coordinate the scheduling of assets onsite and ensure adequate exposure for every deal secured by the Business Development team for every Marketing campaign.
Qualifications
Minimum requirement of at least 3 years of experience in marketing and execution within an e-commerce / tech industry.
Understanding of marketing campaigns / marketing background.
Strong skills and proper use of Google Suite (ie Docs, Slides, Sheets) or equivalent (Excel/Powerpoint/Doc).
Great communication skills in English with ability to copy write.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a natural aptitude to communicate clear solutions.
High attention to detail is a must.
Strong ability to operate independently in terms of campaign planning and end-to-end execution (workflow process execution) and problem solving.
Strong passion in process improvement and ability to cascade feedback real time to internal team.
Ability to interpret ambiguous briefs, identify critical information and manage stakeholders to successfully deploy campaigns.
Great communication skills with positive mindset.
Strong time and task management skills with the ability to adapt swiftly to changes whenever required.
Self-driven in being proactive and takes initiative to highlight possible gaps and solutions for process improvement.
Able to understand & interpret campaign data.#J-18808-Ljbffr
