About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team at DSG (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD. This is a full-time position based in Teluk Panglima Garang, Selangor. As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and implementation of mechanical engineering solutions to support our company's strategic objectives.
What you'll be doing Designing, developing, and testing mechanical systems, components, and productsConducting research, analysis, and feasibility studies to identify optimal solutionsCollaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projectsProviding technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and techniciansEnsuring compliance with relevant safety standards, regulations, and industry best practicesContinuously improving processes and identifying opportunities for innovationWhat we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related fieldMinimum 8 years of relevant experience in the engineering industryStrong knowledge of mechanical design principles, materials, and manufacturing processesProficient in using CAD software and other engineering toolsExcellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsWhat we offer
