About the Role In this role, you'll be in charge of maximizing sales opportunities and the profitability of our sales channels by providing the right directions to all stakeholders, while equipping them with comprehensive product information during the sales process.
Key Responsibilities Merchandising Strategy : Develop and execute merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
Customer Experience : Provide a pleasant shopping environment and experience by ensuring seamless flow and layout for our in-store customers as well as ecommerce channels.
Product roadmap : Develop merchandising strategy according to product roadmap and overall company strategy based on the latest market trends Relationship Management : Put customers at the heart of all initiatives, build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving promptly to foster loyalty in every interaction.
Inventory Management : Work closely with supply chain team to manage inventory levels and ensure that products are in stock and available for purchase Competitor Monitoring : Monitor competitor activity and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly People & Processes : Work actively with key stakeholders such as retail branches personnel, salesperson and product teams to understand possible gaps in their daily tasks relating to merchandising, and develop processes to boost overall efficiency and productivity Performance Analysis : Monitor sales metrics and conduct customer feedback to ensure relevance of Aonic's service and product offerings to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
About You Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles and interested with the agriculture, agrichemical and drone industry.
Ability to work in a dynamic, agile and cross borders environment Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools Communication skills in Mandarin as the role requires to deal with mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
