Role Description
Ensure Easy Payment Product Sales & operations are functioning well.
Maintain a good level of merchant servicing.
Monitor merchant sales performance, identify and develop new accounts, handle and follow up on merchant complaints and feedback.
Engage actively with merchants.
Conduct training for new merchants to create and build a good relationship between the organization and merchants to foster loyalty as business partners.
Monitor sales claims and ensure no sales claims expire.
Qualifications
Experience in merchant services, banking, or financial services industry.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of credit card operations and transaction processes.
Ability to analyze data and trends to improve merchant services.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
