Job Responsibilities:Ensure Easy Payment Product Sales & operations are functioning well.
Maintain a good level of merchant servicing.
Monitor merchant sales performance, identify and develop new accounts.
Handle and follow up on merchant complaints & feedback.
Active engagement with the merchant.
Conduct training for new merchants.
Create and build a good relationship between the organization and merchants to foster loyalty as business partners.
Monitor sales claims and ensure no sales claims expire.
Minimum Requirements:Degree or Diploma holder in any discipline.
STPM/SPM with a minimum of 3 years related experience and leading team experience for Senior role.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Mandarin speaker will be an added advantage.
Lesson planning skills to incorporate key elements systematically.
Presentation skills to deliver content to participants.
Able to communicate with all levels and target audiences.
Listening skills to empathize and listen to others' ideas.
Persuasion skills to motivate others into positive action, attitudes, and behavior, with the ability to handle & manage stress.
PC literate.
Possess own transport.
