We are seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer to join our managed services team in Cyberjaya.
As a Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer, you will be providing end user support services to our important customers in Australia and around the region.
Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering top-notch services and managing our infrastructure.
You will be part of a team that supports a large fleet of Microsoft / Windows technology based issues and requests that are escalated to you by the customer and service desk team.
Responsibilities:
Deployment and ongoing administration of Microsoft 365 services, including but not limited to:
Security and Compliance: Implement security policies and configure threat protection.
Endpoint Manager (Intune): Efficiently deploy and manage devices, application control, apps packaging, patching applications and policies.
Identity Management (Entra ID): Maintain user identities, authentication, and access controls.
Exchange Online: Administer email services, mailboxes, and distribution groups.
SharePoint Online: Configure sites, libraries, and permissions.
Defender (formerly Windows Defender): Optimize endpoint security.
OneDrive for Business: Manage file storage and synchronization.
Teams: Enable collaboration features.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 Technologies and supporting M365 users.
Minimum of 5 years experience in Microsoft Intune is a must, including Packaging, Deployment, Reporting, Troubleshooting, Policy creation, MS Patching.
Must have MS Azure related certification.
Willing to work on flexible schedule depending on business need.
Ability to work non-deskbound and flexibility to travel to multiple sites as and when required.
Ability to work independently under pressure to meet project timelines with quality work.
