We are looking for a Motion Graphics Designer who has the responsibility of designing and creating enticing motion graphics for video deliverables across various media while ensuring compliance with company guidelines and design standards.
This position is Work from Home basis by completing task-based projects.
Report to the office if required once in a while.
Job Responsibilities:
Design and create enticing motion graphics for video deliverables.
Work with design and creative directors to understand project scope and objectives.
Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics.
Assist in designing and creating storyboards.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
Edit raw footage content for productions and cut video sequences effectively to ensure the concepts are translated effectively.
Review the script to better understand the video production requirements.
Create rough and final cuts and perform all editing work including inserting graphics, music, sound effects, and basic animation.
Review all edited tapes to identify any issues and recommend changes as necessary.
Ensure the completion of all designated motion design and video editing tasks within a specific timeline and expected quality.
Flexible working hours based on project due date and task.
Hiring Criteria:
Strong knowledge ofAdobe Creative Suite , especiallyAfter Effects with pluginssuch as Trapcode Particular and Element 3D is a MUST.
3D knowledge is required for this position.
Organized and able to prioritize work to meet deadlines.
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Graphic and Multimedia Design or Animation and Visual Effects (Preferred).
At least 4 years of experience as a motion and video professional.
Basic background knowledge in music is an added advantage.
Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time while ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving skills, adept at balancing creative vision with project constraints like timelines and budgets.
Ability to articulate ideas and collaborate effectively across teams in a fast-paced environment.
Strong passion for design and a keen eye for detail.
