JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conceptualize and design multimedia assets including videos, animations, interactive presentations, and other visual content for digital marketing campaigns, websites, social media and more.Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements, audience insights, and messaging strategies.Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers, guiding them in best practices, techniques, and software tools."Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and timelines to meet deadlines and exceed clientexpectations."Conduct quality assurance checks on all multimedia deliverables to ensure accuracy, functionality, and adherence to project specifications.Present and communicate design concepts and strategies effectively to internal stakeholders and clients, incorporating feedback and making adjustments as neededJOB REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience as a Senior Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing multimedia projects across various platforms.Proficiency in multimedia software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop), Final Cut Pro, and other relevant software.Solid understanding of video production, motion graphics, animation principles, and interactive design.Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for visual design and aesthetics.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with stakeholders at all levels.Summary of role requirements:Flexible hours available
