Our client is seeking a Senior Officer / Assistant Manager - Human Resources to join their company! What you'll be doing? General Support in the recruitment and selection activities to ensure timely hiring of qualified staff to fulfill current and projected manpower needs. Establish hiring criteria in liaison with hiring departments based on job requirement and ensure that all new staff has a proper job description upon commencement of work. Develop and implement strategies to develop HR of company in long term. Supervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidance. Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal guidance. Administration including canteen & security. Payroll & Benefits Administration ( GE Level & above ) Process and prepare monthly payroll in a timely manner to ensure the payroll is accurate in accordance with the latest employment rules and regulations. Prepare and check the related documents and payment of statutory deductions to be submitted to the relevant government bodies within the stipulated time. Monitor and manage all benefits given to the employees as part of their employment with the company including medical insurance, personal accident insurance, staff welfare etc. Ensure that all personnel files in both paper and electronics format are updated in a timely manner, maintaining the confidentiality and security of data at all times. HR Project & Others Support the implementation of new HR policies and procedures, HR projects, action plans and programs as rolled – out by HR Senior Manager/Manager. Responsible to ensure the enforcement and control of 5s, safety and environmental protection in the respective area. Assure the policies of quality, corporate social responsibility (CSR), environment, energy, occupational health and safety are being adhered to through active participation as a Quality, Responsible Business Alliance, Environmental and Occupational System team member. Assisting in HR AHOD project time to time requested. Any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time. Employee Relation To ensure high level of discipline of all employees in line with company policies & procedures. Liase with department manager/supervisor regarding all type of disciplinary letter issuance. Domestic Enquiry arrangement if needed (panel appointment, observer / recorder and ect) Who?are?they?looking?for? Professional Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Human Resources and/or experience At least 3 years of working experience in the related field Familiar with HR software applications (eg. Payroll, Leave management) and proficient in Microsoft Office; Details oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision. Well versed in related regulations and laws eg. IRB, EPF, SOCSO etc regulations and rules. Working Hour: 5 days work week
