Job ResponsibilitiesConduct training need analysis for every department to gather all training information needed by their department.
Propose training that relates to the department and wait for their response.
Acknowledge the training nomination from the request department and contact them directly for confirmation on the information stated in the request.
Find training providers that conduct training as requested through training nomination by the request department.
Confirm information between the request department and training provider to ensure the training achieves the training objectives.
Review the training proposal from the training provider and advise on claiming from Human Resource Development Corp (HRDC).
Once confirmed, request the trainer profile, program tentative, training details, and quotation from the training provider for HRDC claim purposes.
Maintain a good relationship with the HRDC person in charge.
Attend any workshop or training organized by HRDC to gain new knowledge or for refreshment.
Ensure to follow HRDC procedures for any grant application together with the required attachments.
Job RequirementsBachelor's degreein Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least5 years of experiencein training and development or related HR functions.
Strong understanding ofadult learning principlesand training methodologies.
Excellentcommunication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Strongorganizational skillsand the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Analytical skills to assesstraining effectivenessand make data-driven recommendations.
Fluency inEnglish and Bahasa Malaysia;proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
