About the DepartmentUOB Innovation Hub 2 (InnoHub2) is a UOB-wholly owned subsidiary and a Centre of Excellence based in Malaysia, providing Group Business Services (GBS) to support the UOB Group. Started in 2021 with technology application design, development, and support, InnoHub2 is expanding beyond technology services to deliver other business services to support the Bank's growth ambition. Job ResponsibilitiesThe Compliance function is a strategic partner and a trusted business enabler to the Board and senior management. It is our responsibility to ensure that the Group continuously fulfills its regulatory obligations in today's tight and dynamic regulatory landscape. To do that, we work closely with internal stakeholders to identify and assess regulatory risks. This collaboration also includes developing practical solutions that integrate regulations into operational requirements as well as actively shaping and promoting stronger compliance culture and literacy in the Bank.
Update AML Pre-Pack content, according to policies, procedures, and templates.
Stay up-to-date with changing AML regulations, industry trends, and emerging risks.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure AML Pre-Pack alignment with organizational needs.
Provide implementation support to both internal and external teams.
Continuously review and enhance AML Pre-Pack content to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
Job RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in AML, Compliance, or related field.
Good knowledge/understanding of banking and financial services laws and regulations, compliance best practices, and understanding of financial products and systems.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
