Senior Operation Manager (Plastic)

Management (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)
- Oversee warehouse, production, and quality operations.
- Driving automation, reducing waste, and improving operational efficiency.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
To ensure daily manufacturing department's operations meet customer requirement of QCDMS
To ensure manufacturing budget preparation and control within the company's business plan
To ensure the compliances of ISO, IATF standards and HSE guidelines
To plan manufacturing system improvement to achieve the company's business objective
Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals. Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output
Coordinate and monitor the work of various departments involved in production, inventory management control, Quality Assurance, Purchasing and Logistics of goods.
Monitor performance and implement improvements, ensure quality of products. Manage quality and quantity of employee productivity.
Manage maintenance of equipment and machinery
Provide technical support where necessary
