We're looking for anSenior Operations Associate (Accounts)to join ourAccount Operationsteam, to go above and beyond in every interaction, consistently exceeding service level requirements and creating an environment where exceptional managed talent experiences are the norm.
As a Senior Operations Associate (Accounts), your mission is to maintain our Hubbers' satisfaction by upholding high standards throughout the end-to-end Hubber management process, from onboarding to offboarding. You will report into and work closely with the regional team to ensure the integrity and compliance of all HR and payroll-related activities, maintain the relationship between Glints and Hubbers, and play a key role in crafting and refining SOPs that drive operational excellence. By ensuring timely issue resolutions, accurate disbursements and HR compliance, you play a pivotal role in fostering trust and confidence among our dedicated workforce.What You'll Be DoingManage seamless onboarding and offboarding process
Ensure HR compliance and stay up-to-date with local regulations
Achieve salary disbursement timeliness and accuracy
Ensure payroll process compliance
Ensure timely and accurate HRMS data management
Achieve defined issue resolution times in HubSpot ticketing

Who We Are Looking For5+ years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll Operations, or related field
Able to handle multiple tasks systematically and efficiently
Ensures accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks
Knowledgeable in labor laws and compliance
Proficient in written and verbal English communication
Skilled in calculating payroll-related items accurately
Proficient in HRMS and payroll software
Strong ability to identify and resolve issues effectively
