Job Description
OT Security Experience is a must-have
Conduct security reviews and offer risk-based expertise to product and engineering teams.
Define and identify system security requirements.
Collaborate with engineering teams on internal and customer-facing security initiatives, ensuring data confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
Assess our security posture, identify vulnerabilities or gaps, and collaborate with other teams to strengthen operational security through security assessments.
Evaluate third-party tools to ensure compliance with security standards for the data they handle in IT/OT environments.
Prepare detailed reports with findings from assessments, outcomes, and recommendations for further security improvements.
Participate in or lead incident response efforts in case of a security breach, including investigation, mitigation, and post-incident analysis, while developing and maintaining an incident response plan.
Stay updated on industry best practices for data handling and security in relation to your role.
Follow policies, guidelines, and procedures regarding the protection of information assets.
The Successful Applicant
6+ years of experience in Cyber Security
Preferred professional security certifications (e.g., CISM, CISSP, GIAC)
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
Experience with network security, networking technologies, and security monitoring tools
Experience with Operational Technology (OT) is a plus
Familiarity with compliance programs and frameworks (e.g., SOX, SOC2, NIST, ISO)
Deep understanding of current security best practices and their trade-offs
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
