Job Description
• Supervise daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Support the Outlet Assistant Manager in coordinating staff schedules and assignments.
• Monitor product stock levels and arrange timely reordering as needed.
• Address customer complaints and ensure high-quality service.
• Assist in training new team members on company policies and procedures.
