Job Description
Supervise daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth, efficient service.
Support the Outlet Assistant Manager in coordinating staff schedules and assignments.
Monitor product stock levels and arrange timely reordering as needed.
Address customer complaints and ensure high-quality service.
Assist in training new team members on company policies and procedures.
