Senior Partnerships Associate - Online Marketing, Regional Brand & Growth Marketing

Job Description:Collaborate with a wide range of media partners including demand-side platforms (DSPs) (programmatic), ad networks, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), direct publishers, etc.Manage partner relationships, and act as a daily point of contact to onboard, manage and resolve partner queries and issues. This could include campaign performance & optimisation, technical integrations and billingsWork with internal teams including Planning, Adtech, Creative and Finance teams to ensure deliverables of campaigns and efficiency of processesDrive market analysis to explore new partnership opportunities to achieve constant growthHave complete ownership of the measurement, creative, and data approach to drive efficient campaign strategies through partnersProactively discuss and lead campaign performance decisions within the team and partners to drive cost efficiencyManage and deliver high-quality reporting and data tracking for internal/external sharingAssist stakeholders with strategic decisions, based on observations of recent market/industry trendsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in business administration, business analytics, or other quantitative majors is preferredAt least 4 years of experience in digital marketing / performance marketingExcellent communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly in written and spoken EnglishInterest in stakeholder management, numbers-driven and analytical workDigital marketing experience in planning/buying is an advantage
