Senior Performance Marketing Executive

Job Requirement• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, including managing digital marketing platforms like Google Ads and Meta Business Manager.• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.• Experienced in technical setup on Pixel/GTM tracking.• Strong data and creative mindset in managing channels.• A self-starter with a positive learning attitude, hardworking, and team spirit.• High attention to detail with excellent follow-through and a strong sense of ownership and accountability for assigned projects and tasks.• Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, Zapier, and HubSpot is an advantage.Job DescriptionCampaign Execution:Develop, execute, and optimise funnel-based ads while meeting various campaign objectives on Meta, Google, TikTok, and maximising business ROI to drive website traffic & leads, increase conversions with differentiated audience strategy.Performance Monitoring:Proactively monitor and report on key metrics, A/B test results, and their analyses to internal stakeholders.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams such as IT, Sales, and Creative Operations to ensure smooth operations and adherence to project deadlines.Strategic Development:Brainstorm and contribute ideas & strategy during the planning of integrated marketing activities to achieve business and brand objectives.Ad-hoc Projects:Support other ad-hoc projects as required.Seniority level
